friendly staff excellent location slight odor room draft

The staff were always kind. laurent, the bartender, was really good. the location is special. It's just off the champs-elysées, close to everything.

the corridor had a slight odor, i noticed. there was also a draft in the room, a bit unpleasant.

Really good Stay Near Key Landmarks!

helpful staff excellent location

The helpful staff was always available and happy to assist. I found the location excellent because it provided ready access to many key places. The air conditioning was a welcome amenity, especially after exploring nearby attractions! I appreciated that the staff stored my luggage when I arrived early.

It should be ensured that all lights and sockets work within the rooms. I noted some minor electrical issues , though they were quickly addressed. This small oversight slightly impacted my initial impression.

I booked the Imperial Suite. It was spacious and beautifully decorated! The bed was probably the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The room was also surprisingly quiet, given the central location.

The hotel's proximity to the Arc de Triomphe is a major advantage. Shops and restaurants abound in the immediate vicinity! Access to the metro is also quite convenient, and it made exploring the area easy.

I enjoyed the breakfast. I found the offerings fresh! Emi, one of the wait staff, handled breakfast with really good care and attention. Laurent, the bartender, was fantastic and made great drinks.

The reception and concierge were helpful when I forgot my EU power converter. They lent me theirs! The staff immediately brought my luggage up to my room. They are always friendly and cute to me!

a satisfactory stay

convenient location attentive staff tiny shower noisy room

the location is very convenient. it allows quick access to shops and attractions. the breakfast staff was attentive and ensured all guests had what they needed. the rooms were clean and well maintained. taxis waited outside the hotel often.

the room i received was not the one i booked. i requested a bathtub but got only a tiny shower. the toilet lacked a sink for washing hands. a noisy room above us woke us up.
